Zimbra Mobile Installation and Setup for iOS ( iPhone, iPad) - Exchange Active Sync (เมนูภาษาอังกฤษ)
1. Tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars
2. Select Add Account & Choose Microsoft Exchange
3. Enter your account information and tap next.
• Email : This is full Email address (for example, user@yourdomain.com)
• Password : This is your zimbra password (the same one used for the Zimbra Web Client)
• Description : This is a description for yourself, you can write the name that you prefer (Zimbra or Your Company Name)
4. iOS try to connect to yourdomain.com server and Alert "Cannot Verify Server Identify" --> Choose "Cancel"
5. Enter your account information, server "mail.yourdomain.com" again and tap next.
• Email : This is full Email address (for example, user@yourdomain.com)
• Server : This is your zimbra sync server (for example, sync.yourdomain.com)
• Domain : This is your domain (for example, yourdomain.com)
• Username : Same email address (for example, user@yourdomain.com)
• Password : This is your zimbra password (the same one used for the Zimbra Web Client)
• Description : This is a descritpion for yourself, you can write the name that you prefer
6. iOS try to connect to mail.yourdomain.com server and Alert "Cannot Verify Server Identify" --> Choose "Details"
7. Choose "Trust" for Accept Zimbra SSL Certificate (important)
if SSL Certificate verify complete, you will see correct mark as below
8. Select to synchronize Mail, Contacts, Calendars and/or Remider (Task) by setting the sliders to On.
• If you already have Contacts, a screen displays asking if you want to keep your current contacts on your iPhone.
• If you select to " Keep on My iPhone ", you may see duplicate entries of your contacts.
Click "Save" Your Zimbra Mobile account is now set up and synchronizes.
9. You can now edit your global or account-specific settings as described in the next section, Changing Your Account Settings.
